I just bought this helmet after saving a life friends. was driving in traffic, hit a pothole and lost control of his bike causing it to fall directly under the wheels of a dually pickup truck. the truck ran over her pelvis, chest and head, crushing numerous bones and rupture his bladder, but his face was only minor and Livid and the helmet is still intact. doubt in any of our minds that without this helmet had not attended a closed coffin.
The Watts is a hands down classic design that helped put BERN on the map. With a sturdy but light design, this helmet can stand up to lots of abuse. It also is a favorite of our followers whom love to pick up the winter kit and enjoy year round usage on the ski hill.
