I bought this helmet in 2 sizes, x-small and small. buying helmets I was uncertain if it were child or adult that is why I bought two (there was nothing in the description that the specified child or adult). After receiving the helmets it was very clear that the x-small and small children are small and my son fits perfectly. He is 8 years old and thinks that the helmet is very cool. I like it because it meets safety specifications of the helmet is a skate and bike and eliminates the need for tools not required. He uses the helmet to both tasks.

last year while snowboarding at Stratton I hit my kneecap on the ice so hard that I thought is fractured. Luckily I have twenty years of experience to know that orthopedic wasn't. It took ten days for me to walk without pain or a limp. I decided to try these out this year and so far have worked excellent. Luckily I have not blown as hard as last year, but a hard spill I took caused no pain. the attention to detail and terrific production. I highly recommend these.
The yesterday. I search for information on the BERN Macon Summer Distress Logo EPS Helmet, so i would like to describe here.
First off, I don't think this product is labeled correctly. It says "Logo of distress", but the helmet that I received has a smaller Bern logo on it and is not distress similar to that shown in the picture for this item. not really a complaint does not really like the logo of Berne still oversize. If you look up "Bern Macon summer EPS helmet" which is what looks like a helmet that I received (I took the dull grey). Anyway, on to the review. commute to work five days a week on my bike, so I have gone through several helmets. I owned the Bell Faction helmet and Protec Classic helmet. These Helmets worked well and luckily I never crashed with one of them. the biggest complaint with those helmet is the size or the listing of it when its on your head. I know they're not meant to be fashion statements, they're for safety first. but they do make your head look huge. so when I was in the market for a new helmet that I decided to go with the Bern Macon. its definitely has a lower profile and not make your head look so bulbous. the quality is good and the Interior is fully lined with bearings lined in contrast with other helmets that have padding sections only in certain areas. This is good and bad when it comes to this particular helmet. in two other helmets I used the pads are removable so that you can get a more comfortable fit with different areas of different sizes and also, if you have a particularly sweaty head like me you can remove the pad and wash or replace them when the coating starts to come off at the end. in Bern, the pads are all glued in and not removable. so I will have to figure out a way to clean the padding on the occasionRead more ›
